Welcome Back! Thinking outside of the pond! Gr. 4-5

Grades 4-5 began the year with a social-emotional unit that had them reflecting on what it might mean to be a participant in the GT pullout class and in life.  How do we treat others and ourselves when differences are very apparent?  What is our own style of learning and how does that affect group members with whom we are working?  Click on link below to read more and see other student's projects!!

The upper grades took a True Colors test that showed them possible strengths in our personalities.  Some of us were surprised, some of us disagreed with a few picks, but most of us saw similarities between the test and our learning style.  From there, we chose a quote from our Livebinder that matched our personality and learning style.  This quote became the basis for a finished product reflecting on one of our strong beliefs.  We used 2 apps to finalize our thoughts:  Camwow and Pic Collage.  See our products below:
